Wonderful memories have been made at the 4-H Camp at the Rocks for over eighty years.  Located adjacent to the Rocks State Park, north of Forest Hill, on a 187-acre tree farm, the 4-H Conference and Retreat Center offers groups an overnight camping experience as well as pavilions, a pool, a lodge, a meeting room and dining hall for daily rentals. 

This American Camp Association™ (ACA)-certified camping facility offers dormitories for up to 162 campers, numerous indoor and outdoor activity areas, sports fields, and a fully appointed commercial kitchen in a new climate-controlled banquet facility (Deer Creek Overlook).

Initially designated to serve the local 4-H community, this picturesque Harford County venue has long been home to sports and church camps, family reunions, commercial picnics, parties and more. 

The 4-H Conference and Retreat Center offers weeklong, weekend, and daily rentals of its facilities and banquet center.  Groups may secure exclusive use of the property or may enjoy just the portion they need.
